MySQL client

A native MySQL and MariaDB client for Mac

A fast GUI for MySQL 5.7 to 9.x and MariaDB, with SSH tunnels and a WordPress mode.

WordPress mode: a sidebar with Posts, Pages, Users, Options, Comments and Plugins, and the wp_posts table in the grid.
A WordPress site on MySQL: friendly views in the sidebar and wp_posts in the grid.

What you get

  • Browse and filter any table, and edit cells in place. Changes are staged and committed together with ⌘S.
  • SQL editor with autocomplete, multiple result sets for CALL and scripts, and cancel that runs KILL QUERY for you.
  • SSH tunnels with modern keys. This is how most hosted MySQL is reached.
  • MySQL 8 authentication that works, including caching_sha2_password with long passwords.
  • Backups you start by hand, saved as one compressed .sql.gz file per table (structure and rows) in a folder you choose, and restorable table by table.
  • WordPress mode for any database with WordPress tables.
